There is an ignorant manager there who has sent me 2 letters to say I stole two trucks. First truck I returned, paid, and another customer had It rented, and the manager sent me a letter saying I was going to jail for stealing the truck. The second truck broke down and was sent in for repairs. They said I stole the truck. They took the truck and cut my lock and (my dad's watch is gone) they told me to put a lock on and then cut it off. Today I got a letter saying I'm going to jail If I didn't return a truck I didn't have! Now Joel the manager in West Columbia, sax Gotha doesn't know what he's doing and needs to be fired because he enjoys harassing people. I'm a firm believer. He's trying to get back at me because I reported him. He's the one who told them to cut my lock, so I am 100% positive he's the reason my father's watch is gone. Question who cut the lock? No one has a response they need to handle this guy, Joel, I really believe, because I reported him the first time, for the letter that I was going to jail. He is doing everything in his power to get back at me. I just believe that if they handle this guy, none of the stuff would be happening. One thing I will tell you. As I'm tired of getting blamed of stealing the Penske truck this is the second time, and as a both times I did not have possession of the vehicle, which is easy for them to see because they have trackers as I said before I am being harassed and bullied, and not one thing was done to him the first time he harassed, and believe me, imagine getting a knock on the door with a letter saying you're going to jail for stealing a Penske truck, until They fired this guy they will never receive another dime from me. They also refused to tell me who CUT the lock because that means I will know who stole my father's watch. One representative was so nasty to me, saying no it wasn't broken down they were just saying to be nice yes it was broken down all the lights lit up on the dash, what does that mean? They also had my card on file which has no limit, they advised me that it was $100 a day. I said that's not a problem as I had paid it before!! But still got a letter saying I stole the truck !! Fire the guy he is not worth losing all of your customers and as far as my father's watch, someone is going to give it back because you can't buy it back because he's dead

Customer Service was excellent they resolved my concern.. I would recommend renting with Penske for family and friends

They do not talk to you straight I asked them for the loan rates and they didnt answer me then when I am ready to sign they told me the rates are 24 presents also you call many times to speak with the sales person and he is not there or he is on the phone

Penske serves as a third party contract in most Home Depot stores please be mindful when renting trucks at this location . Home Depot is clueless and Penske is worse , however when your credit card is on file its dangerous when employees cant give you correct information when they are not properly trained I just needed to rent a truck to move my belongings I will never rent a truck from Home Depot at the BRILEY pkwy location bad business they have Penske trucks not Home Depot trucks .

I was hit by a penske truck on 4-16-22 causing TBI Tramatic brain injuries. No one has contacted me or nothing I've been very patient but now it comes down to whats going to be done

My fiance rented a Penske back in October for a week somehow the vehicle was put in my name I did not sign for it I did not show my ID. We told them a little over a week later we need an extension for a couple days no problem we then called them back multiple times from middle of October to December to come get the vehicle cuz it was overheating. So instead of coming to get the vehicle they file a stolen vehicle report! I'm out and about one night running errands I came into contact with an officer no big deal he ran my ID I didn't think I had a problem I've never been in trouble before in my life. He tells me I have a warrant for my arrest for a stolen Penske truck! What is what I'm thinking you're kidding correct he says no man put your hands behind your back and he took me to jail. I spent two days in jail finally when I got my first appearance the judge even knew it was crap that I was there he let me out on a $3,000 bond with no cash down I signed myself out. But I'm still facing felony charges for something I didn't do after calling multiple times to get them to come get the vehicle. Well my fiance and I moved again we utilize the space of the Penske we moved it to a very close location by towing it there our stuff is still in the back it was retrieved by the police department showing it was stolen now it's time to retrieve our stuff out of the back of the Penske and they're telling me they have to get approval to get our belongings. When by the way we told them we were utilizing their truck since they didn't come get it. So needless to say I'm sitting here waiting to get our belongings from this truck. On top of waiting for a court date facing felony charges for a stolen vehicle!I don't care if I'm approved or if I'm not approved I will retrieve my deceased daughter stuff out of that truck my fiance's Harley-Davidson among other things. This is the most horrible experience I've ever had in my life with renting a vehicle when I didn't even rent it. So yes you better damn believe this is not the last of the pissed customer Penske will hear from!

they promise you the world and then they stick u good..........best to stay away from buying sight unseen....100% must have a complete inspection by mechanic.........and i mean thorough..oh they give you 30 days if you are not a corporate buyer..they will fix everything since you could not test drive etc..........***...won't fix ***.....intake manifold leak.....not covered under warranty......but a bad intake manifold is what? drive line bearing or rear end gear whine,,,,,,rough idle...bring it in...they can't find a thing.................now i have to try to get coverage under their warranty.......which is another scam........be lucky to get 50% of the cost if even covered ........plus $250 deductible per occurence cost $2895 and no refunds!!!..........its their sister company.........you know....its a "family" thing..........and heh! how bout those break away bumpers on the 12' box trucks!!!!!......now heres a way to get even........break away bumpers on a rental truck? what is that govt agency called? national highway safety admin? i am sure they are totally unaware of these break away bumpers!!! what? are u kiddin me!!!........the lower the price.......the better you need to have it inspected........they will stick u with the repairs.......and forget the warranty....it is bs just like them.........stay tuned because this story is not over...................
